2008 Bridge Replacement

The 2nd Street bridge replacement is complete and is open to traffic. The City received a grant from the Department of Transportation to assist with this project and after over a year in the planning phase the project is complete.

The City of Wellman thanks everyone for their patience during the installation process of
 the new bridge.
