            Item  1:  Call to order and roll call

            Item  2:  Consent agenda to approve:  

                          a. agenda

                          b. minutes of previous meetings

                          c. bill list

CONSULTANTS, REPORTS & REQUESTS:

            Item  3:  Sheriff’s report

            Item  4:  Public Forum

                          The public may speak on non-agenda items, however council may not consider or take action on any issue. The Council may choose to add an issue to a future agenda for consideration.

 

ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:

            Item  5:  Ordinance #201 amending the code of ordinances by revising provisions regarding nuisance abatement and the serving of notice to a property owner, first reading.

            Item  6:  Resolution 07-44 to set public hearing for the purpose of obtaining public comment and acknowledge bid regarding sale of City property at 244 8th Avenue.

            Item  7:  Resolution 07-45 to set public hearing for TIF rebate agreement with Schwartz Construction.

            Item  8:  Resolution 07-46 to approve an Inter-Fund Loan for the purpose of sanitary sewer improvements

 

NEW BUSINESS:

            Item  9: General administrative discussion and reports:

                          Mayor, Council Members, City Administrator, City Clerk.

            Item 10: Time set for opening of bids for technical services proposal for Housing Rehabilitation Grant followed by announcement of award.

            Item 11: Approve Veteran’s Holiday for qualified employees

            Item 12: Discussion and action regarding improvements to the water tower overflow system, improvements to storm water collection at the water tower site, and alleged damage to a property from a recent activation of the water tower overflow system.

            Item 13: Adjournment and enter into a work session to discuss the City Administrator 6-month performance evaluation.
