Item 5: Ordinance #201 amending the code of
ordinances by revising provisions regarding nuisance abatement and the serving
of notice to a property owner, first reading.
Item 6: Resolution 07-44 to set public hearing for
the purpose of obtaining public comment and acknowledge bid regarding sale of
City property at

for TIF rebate agreement with Schwartz Construction.

07-46 to approve an Inter-Fund Loan for the purpose of sanitary sewer
