ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:

Item 5: Resolution No. 07-25 to enter into a contract with the Washington YMCA to manage the Wellman Parkside Activities Complex.

Item 6: Ordinance No. 196 to amend Chapter 92 of the Code of Ordinances: Water Rates. First reading.

Item 7: Ordinance No 197 to amend Chapter 99 of the Code of Ordinances: Sewer Service Charges. First reading.

NEW BUSINESS:

Item 8: General administrative discussion and reports

Mayor, Council Members, City Administrator, City Clerk

Item 9: Approval to implement a new City employment application form

Item 10: Discussion regarding entering into an agreement with “One Source” to conduct background checks on city job applicants/finalists

Item 11: Discussion on nuisance abatement properties

Item 12: Discussion and approval for implementing city policy

Item 13: Enter into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(c)

to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in

litigation or where litigation is imminent/possible.

Item 14: Return to open session to adjourn meeting and enter into work session.

Item 15: Work session to discuss employee salary scales.
