ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:

Item 5: Ordinance No. 198 to amend Chapter 46 of the Code of Ordinances: Minors; by amending curfew regulations. Third and final reading.

Item 6: Resolution No 07-33 to apply for a grant from the Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency (HSEMD) for a Hazard Mitigation Plan.

Item 7: Resolution No 07-34 to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Washington County regarding extraterritorial jurisdiction.

NEW BUSINESS:

Item 8: General administrative discussion and reports:

Mayor, Council Members, City Administrator, City Clerk.

Item 9: Action to approve Miller property plat.

Item 10: Action to approve Buckwalter plat.
