modify the subdivision ordinance by allowing the City to exercise its fringe
area agreement with Washington County—Time
set for public hearing—second reading, waive 3rd reading.
Item 6: Resolution 07-43 to
approve a 28E agreement to establish a Public
Energy Financing Authority, an Iowa Joint
Powers Agency
and authorizing
execution of the agreement
