Item 1: Call to order and roll call.

Item 2: Consent agenda – approval of:

d. fiscal year 07 annual financial statement

CONSULTANTS, REPORTS & REQUESTS:

Item 3: Public Forum

The public may speak on non-agenda items, however council may

not consider or take action on any issue. The Council may choose

to add an issue to a future agenda for consideration.

ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:

Item 4: Ordinance #201 amending the code of ordinances by revising provisions regarding nuisance abatement and the serving of notice to a property owner, second reading.

Item 5: Resolution 07-49 to transfer deed of City property without warranty.

Item 6: Resolution 07-50 to approve a development agreement and authorize annual appropriation incremental property tax payments.

OLD BUISINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Item 7: General administrative discussion and reports.

Item 8: Action to cancel the first Council meeting in December.

Item 9: Adjournment

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

6:00 pm – Time set for public hearing to receive comments regarding the

sale of City property at 244 8^th Avenue.

6:10 pm – Time set for public hearing to receive comments regarding a

Development Agreement between the City and Schwartz Construction

6:20 pm – Time set for public hearing to receive comments regarding the City

applying for a Housing Rehabilitation Grant.
