            Item 3:    Public hearing to accept comment on the FY 09 City budget.

 

CONSULTANTS, REPORTS & REQUESTS:

            Item 4:    Sheriff’s report.

 

BID OPENING:

            Item 5:    Opening of bids for Parkside Activities Center.

 

 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:

            Item 6:   Resolution 08-13 to adopt the FY 09 City budget.

           Item 7:    Resolution 08-14 final acceptance of the 2007 9th Avenue sewer relining project.

           Item 8:   Resolution 08-15 to accept a bid and approve the contract for the 2nd Street bridge replacement project.

           

OLD BUSINESS: None

           

NEW BUSINESS:

            Item 9:    Action to approve City policy.

            Item 10: Public Forum

                           The public may speak on non-agenda items, however council may  

                           not consider or take action on any issue. The Council may choose

                           to add an issue to a future agenda for consideration.

            Item 11: General administrative discussion and reports.

            Item 12: Adjournment and move into work session.

            Item 13: Work session to discuss TIF incentives for local business.
