Item 6: Resolution No. 08-29 to accept deed for senior center

Item 7: Resolution No. 08-30 to enter into a contract with SG Construction for the Parkside Activities Center

Item 8: Resolution No. 08-31 to enter into the State Income Offset Program

Item 9: Resolution No. 08-32 to set the date for a public hearing on 3^rd Street water / street improvements
