Item 4: Resolution No 08-49 to enter into a contract for solid waste collection and disposal and a recycling agreement

Item 5: Resolution No 08-53 to approve a new Senior Center employee and set a salary for the position.

Item 6: Resolution No 08-54 to enter into an agreement with Vision Iowa for a Community Attraction and Tourism Program Grant

OLD BUSINESS:

Item 7: Discussion and action regarding infrastructure improvements in Deer Meadows
