            Item  7:  Ordinance No. 208 to establish a Storm Water Drainage Utility,        second reading

            Item  8:  Ordinance No. 209 to amend provisions of the Flood Plain Regulations ordinance, second reading

            Item  9:  Resolution 08-62 to enter into a lease agreement with the Washington YMCA

            Item 13:   Discussion and action as needed regarding installing stairs in City right-of-way on the east side of 9th Avenue just north of Highway 22 (allowing easy and safer access from the church parking lot to DJ’s Café).

            Item 14:  Discussion regarding water tower antennas

            Item 15:  Public Forum (The public may speak on non-agenda items, however Council may not consider or take action on any issue. The Council may choose to add an issue to a future agenda for consideration).
