Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body whose purpose is to hear appeals of Planning & Zoning Committee decisions relative to Conditional Use Permits;  appeals of administrative decisions of the Zoning Administrator; hear requests for temporary use permits; and to hear requests for variances.

Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission’s duties are to oversee the development, update, and adoption of the City’s Comprehensive Plan; and to make recommendations to the Wellman City Council concerning the adoption of Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, individual Rezoning petitions, Site Development Plans and Preliminary, and Final Plats under the guidance of Land Use Regulations.

Senior Dining Commission
