CITY UTILITIES

The City
provides the following utility services: gas, water, sewer, and
recycling.
GAS:
$6.00 minimum plus step rates with Purchase Gas Adjustment.
WATER: $11.00
minimum for up to 1000 gallons and $4.75 for each additional 1000
gallons.
SEWER: $10.75 minimum for
up to 1000 gallons and $4.25 for each additional 1000 gallons.
Charges for water and
sewer utilities outside city limits are 1/3 more.
RECYCLING and TRASH:
$6.25-includes a curbside recycling unit. Garbage pickup is Thursday
and should be at the curb by 7:00 am. Non-recyclable trash must be
placed in Cox landfill bags which are available at City Hall or
Freeman Foods. 13 gallon: 10/ $9.25, 30 gallon: 10/ $15.00. Maximum
weight per filled bag is 30 pounds.
