Power Step: Join Meg for a morning workout that will get you started for the day. Step will be utilized to get the heart pumping and free weights and resistance tubes will be added for some extra power!
Bootcamp: Free for Members. Wake up and start your week off right with a workout that is sure to get that heart pumping and body moving! Class is for men and women. Modifications will be made for all fitness levels
Senior Strength: Class will focus on increasing muscle strength and endurance with resistance tubes and free weights. Chairs will be utilized.
Yoga: We will work on your muscle flexibility, breathing techniques and bringing you an inner calmness.
TBC: Free for Members. Get a workout that will work everything in the body from doing abs to jumping jacks to push ups. This workout will target everything in the body!
Circuit Training: Geared towards increasing muscular strength and endurance using Life Fitness weight machines. Class will be designed to always keep the body in motion and to ensure that your body will get the most from this 45 minute workout!!!
