City Council meetings are generally held the first and third Monday of every month. Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting at both City Hall and Scofield Public Library.

Anthony Evans - Term began 1/2/2020Tony has lived in Wellman his whole life. He graduated Mid-Prairie in 1979 and then graduated from Coe College in 1992. He coached High School Football and Junior High Basketball at Mid-Prairie from 1988-2006. He is currently self-employed restoring cars. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, hunting and trapping.
